Rex launched Red Mountain in 2023 to provide the type of hands-on, relationship-based client experience he believes firms want and need when pursuing their public relations efforts. Rex’s expertise and knowledge of the financial media landscape, as well as his journalism background serve as the pillars of value Red Mountain provides its clients.

Rex comes from Lyceus Group, a boutique financial PR and marketing firm. At Lyceus from 2019-2023, Rex most recently served as Vice President at the firm.

Rex’s career began on the journalism side of the media industry, covering local news for the CBS radio in Pullman, WA and ABC and NBC television affiliates in Missoula, MT and Tri-Cities, WA before making the leap over to public relations.
